Jimmy Choo XV coffee table book

In conjunction with the brand’s 15th Anniversary Jimmy Choo has produced a limited edition coffee table book, Jimmy Choo XV. The book released 14th of February 2012.

About the Book
The book is divided into eight chapters; Celebrity Icons; Walk on the Wild Side; Novelty and Whimsy; Technical Innovation; Fashion Fringe; Pace Setting; Red Carpet Glamour; and The Jimmy Choo Foundation. Each focuses on the signature design and recognizable themes that have helped to define the brand. For example, Chapter One reflects on the celebrity icons that have helped define the brand, and highlights the ‘Feather’ shoe worn by Carrie Bradshaw in Sex and the City, the shoe that brought Jimmy Choo onto every fashionista’s radar. Chapter Two focuses on the use of bold animal prints and provides examples for how this design theme was used to convey the brand’s ultimate confidence and femininity. Chapter Six addresses the power stiletto, and shows why heads of state and royals alike have chosen Jimmy Choo to take them through their paces. The brand’s history of award show dressing is legend, and Chapter Seven recounts memorable moments featuring actresses such as Hilary Swank, Sandra Bullock, Keira Knightly and Helen Mirren walking the red carpet in their Jimmy Choos.
