Project

Julia Lundsten

The triangle was the starting point for Project, 2015.

Triangles, pyramid shapes and tetrahedra in different angles and sizes make up the shape and construction of this shoe. Geometry is a constant inspiration for the FINSK collections and in Project this passion is pushed to an even more conceptual level. As heel heights in the main FINSK collections become increasingly wearable, Project grows in space and height.

In Project traditional materials, wood and leather contrast with extreme graphic shapes to give the design organic, modern and architectural feel. The colours are an experimentation of muted flesh tones combined with stark black and white along with the warm grey with bright mint green that also feature in the main FINSK collection in gentle, softer shade.
