Natacha Marro

French shoe designer based in London. With over 20 years of experience designing and making shoes Natacha has built an enviable client list; just a small taste of which includes the likes of David Bowie, Björk, Lady Gaga, Daphne Guinness, Grace Jones, Gwen Stefani, Scarlett Johansson, Goldfrapp, Noel Fielding, Grayson Perry, Girls Aloud, Erasure and The Stereophonics.

Natacha has also worked extensively with Madame Tussauds, (including making the iconic red shoes worn by Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz), film and TV production companies (such as the BBC, Pinewood Studios – notably Angelina Jolie’s lead character in Maleficent, Lucasfilm on Star Wars Episodes 1 to 3 and Shepperton Studios on a much anticipated and many fashion designers (Pam Hogg, Charles Anastase, Hannah Marshall and Ossie Clark to name a few) designing and making the shoes for their catwalk shows at the premier ‘Fashion Weeks’ in the world’s fashion capitals.

Her bespoke shoes have appeared numerous times in Vogue as well as publications such as Vanity Fair, Elle, Grazia, Metro, The Daily Telegraph, Time Out, Glamour Magazine, Dazed & Confused, Harper’s Bazaar, The Times, Sunday Times Style and many more.

They have frequently been featured on television by the likes of Gok Wan on Channel 4, the Brit Awards, Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway, Britain’s Got Talent and strikingly by Lady Gaga and Amanda Holden on the Graham Norton Show (to quote Graham “Look at those shoes!” and fellow guest Kelly Rowland “I’ve been plotting how I can take those out of here!”)

For Natacha shoes have always been a passion and her mantra is making peoples dreams a reality. She asserts “good bespoke shoes should last forever”.
